Job Description

  • Increase off-line sales channel (sky Agent/ Corporate/ Government), drive sales and build relationships with travel agencies, corporations, and gov markets in Thailand (outbound market), and also support inbound market sales and activities
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts with customers and monitor service level agreements with performance indicators.
  • Ensure continuous regular reviews and checking on service level performance to sustain customer satisfaction and ensure contract continuity.
  • Manage communications between customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the Operations team on customer complaint resolutions for operational-related issues.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring billing is done accurately and invoices are submitted timely.
  • Prepare reports on account progress and ensure all reports are being submitted in a timely manner with accurate data analysis and recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Fulfill customers’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analyze and check client data to provide customer relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
  • Experiences at least 2-3 years in Airlines Sales, Travel Agency Sales which responsible for Corporate customer areas
  • Fluent in English communication is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Having own driving license and being able to drive for business works
  • Able to work under pressure with eagerness to achieve with the amount targets
  • Good working attitude and team player
