- Monitor and plan the implementation of an aircraft delivery/redelivery system that meets continuous airworthiness and lessor standards.
- Review and recheck all data in Maintenance Records.
- Maintain archives for safe storage of aircraft maintenance records.
- Update and control Aircraft Maintenance Records into the system.
- Ensure necessary back-to-birth records, modification status, and compliance with airworthiness requirements are available as applicable.
- Make sure that the aircraft maintenance forecast is in an orderly manner.
- Involve in the preparation or amendment of the Engineering Procedure Manual
- Prepare all concerned documents for the internal/external audit.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the aviation field.
- Experience in the aviation industry/business related to Engineering Planning or Technical Records would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance and engineering procedures.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, G-suite, and maintenance software.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under time pressure.
- Good communication in English both verbal and written.
