- Manage training, including training equipment, to ensure setup, operation, and maintenance, guaranteeing the availability and functionality of all equipment.
- Provide comprehensive support to the instructor team, acting as an ancillary to the training center, and ensure the safety and well-being of trainees during water-based emergency procedure training by acting as a lifeguard.
- Assist and collaborate with instructors during training sessions.
- Coordinate materials, venues, transportation, and equipment to optimize training sessions.
- Maintain consistent communication with business units.
- Keep stakeholders updated on training schedules, class confirmations, participation rates, feedback, and other relevant information through designated platforms.
- Organize and maintain training materials and learning aids in an up-to-date, neat, and organized manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in the airline industry, with knowledge of aviation training procedures and requirements, is preferred.
- Having maintenance skills and familiarity with aviation training equipment and systems is advantageous.
- Physical aptitude and the ability to assist with the setup and operation of training equipment are necessary.
- A basic intermediate level of English proficiency for effective communication is required.
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining a customer-service mindset.
- They should be capable of efficient management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
