สายการบิน Thai AirAsia เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Training Support Technician (Training Coordinator) จัดการการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ เช่น ตั้งค่า การใช้งาน และตรวจสอบว่าได้รับการซ่อมบำรุงอย่างถูกต้องตามกำหนด
- Manage training, including training equipment, by setting up, operating, and ensuring its maintenance.
- Guarantee the availability and functionality of all equipment.
- Assist and collaborate with instructors during training sessions.
- Provide comprehensive support to the instructor team, acting as an ancillary to the training center.
- Coordinate materials, venues, transportation, and equipment to optimize training sessions.
- Maintain consistent communication with business units.
- Keep stakeholders updated on training schedules, class confirmations, participation rates, feedback, and other relevant information through designated platforms.
- Organize and maintain training materials and learning aids in an up-to-date, neat, and organized manner.
- รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ภายในศูนย์ฝึกอบรม Asia Aviation Academy และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ภายในพื้นที่
- แก้ไขปัญหาเหตุขัดข้อง รวมถึงประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่อาคาร เพื่อทำการแก้ไขจุดเสียหาย
- ตรวจเช็คคุณภาพของอุปกรณ์ และในกรณีต้องมีการซ่อมบำรุง สามารถซ่อมบำรุงได้ในเบื้องต้น
- ดูแล อำนวยความสะดวกของการฝึกอบรม การซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์ ได้อย่างเรียบร้อยตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทฯกำหนด
- Basic intermediate level of English proficiency for effective communication.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or a High Vocational Certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles related to audio-visual technology, training coordination, or related positions.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting of machine or an equipment.
- Demonstrates the ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining a customer-service mindset.
- Capable of efficient management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป ในสาขา ช่างไฟฟ้า หรือ อิเลคทรอนิกส์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ หรือ ประสานงานในงานซ่อมบำรุง อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทัศคติเชิงบวก มีใจในการบริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์
- หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
