Responsible for managing the Quality and Flight Safety Document Systems to ensure that they continue to comply with regulatory requirements and to meet the needs of the operations.
Ensure that all quality related policies and procedures detailed in the Operations, Quality and company manuals are adhered to and carry out an ongoing review of the adequacy and effectiveness of Quality System procedures.
Involved in the implementation of related internal and external quality audit program, in which includes but not limited to monitoring for effective compliance with CAAT requirements and applicable foreign CAA regulations.
Establish procedures for dealing with non-conformities, monitoring non-conformity reports, and taking corrective/ preventive action in response to audit reports.
Coordinate with Engineering Quality Assurance to ensure operational interface.
Support investigations of operations safety occurrence, incidents and accidents and provide recommendations for further corrective/ preventive actions.
Have overall responsibility for the control of quality records.
Performs any other duties or tasks assigned by Chief Quality Assurance.

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Work experience of at least 3-5 years in the aviation field or operational auditing or working in quality assurance.
Possess project management skills,
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking,
Proficiency in using computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience instructor or auditor is preferred.
Special Skill fit in positions.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Safety Management Systems (SMS), aviation laws, regulations, and operating rules such as ICAO, CAAT, etc.
