Role and Responsibilities

• Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face from internal and external guest             
• Prepare bills and take payments as per assigned                                                                 
• Deal with special requests from guests
• Answer questions about Thai Vietjet products and services
• Deal with complaints or problems as the first contact point
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event  calendars
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation
• Maintains a safe, clean and presentable reception area by complying with procedures,    rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,  irregularities, and continuing needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Perform other clerical administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Coordinated the repair and maintenance of office supplies
• Provided administrative services to the department’s manager
• Ensure and keep all company document in a safe area
• Assist with the organizing of company functions and events


• University Bachelor degree in English, Business Administration, Hotel & Tourism, Airline Business or related discipline
• 1 Year experience in Administration would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Solid written and verbal communication skills both English and Thai
• English must be at proficiency level
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Represent professional attitude and good appearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Able to work with high pressure and time limit
