- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Obtaining, registration, labelling, distribution and archiving of document manuals and electronic media
- Ensure constant availability and validity of documents and manuals
- Control of the status of revision of manuals
- Provide Thai VietJet Air departments and staff with the necessary documents and manuals
- Ensure that adequate systems and procedures are in place to manage all controlled documents in line with corporate policy and amend as necessary
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor‘s degree related to the position.
- TOEIC 750+ would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in document publishing and library control
- Strong word-processing, document formatting and publishing skills
- Strong understanding of document control concepts
- Strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of the processes required to obtain internal company approvals and external regulatory authority approvals
