Responsibilities
- Respond and communicate with customers through live chat on E-Commerce platforms such as Website, Line official, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Professionally provide accurate information about airline products and services, take/cancel inquiries, and obtain feedback details.
- Reply to publication email within the service level agreement (SLA).
- Monitor customer complaints on each platform and reach out to provide assistance.
- Handle complex and complaint cases as a first touch point and escalate to the supervisor if necessary.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify customer needs and help customers with specific features.
- Follow up with customers and ensure their issues are resolved.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Male/Female
- Age 22 years and above.
- Customer-oriented with good customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, especially written skills.
- 550 TOEIC score within 2 years from the date of testing.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellence in MS office skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Copierd of TOEIC certificate
- Military exemption (for males)
