Job Description
The primary job function of a travel specialist is to handle online booking transactions (airline tickets, hotels, travel insurance). The qualified candidate will ensure the availability of service, support, and dedication of the company

- Able to handle travel booking transactions including airline tickets, hotels, travel insurance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong desire to be part of the Travel Cue Team
- Knowledge of Amadeus reservation and ticketing platform and having at least one (1) year of work experience in the travel industry (travel agency, hotel, airport, car rentals) is a plus
- Must possess good English communication and customer relations skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Critical Thinker and problem solver
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or similar relevant field
- Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage
- Must be willing to work on weekends or public holidays
