Good Engineering degree or equivalent experience; metallurgical, mechanical, or manufacturing preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
Experience in gas turbine component repair including repair and process development and reverse engineering is highly desired.
Develop and/or implement new repair schemes for APU/Engine hardware.
Support enhancement of existing repair capabilities or transition of repair capabilities from other Triumph sites.
Develop and establish new repair processes including raising of Appropriation Request.
Provide engineering oversight to assigned processes ensuring practical procedures are in compliance and meet technical and audit standards.
Design tooling and fixtures as appropriate.
Assist planners, supervisors, and manufacturing engineers with technical support.
Familiarity with commercial engine maintenance manuals.
Understanding or Repair Drawing Standards and Tolerances.
Experience in workshop/special processes such as machining, welding, brazing, metal spray, heat treatment, and coating.
Job as per assignment.

Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering only.
Able to use SolidWorks or other Solid Modeling Software.
Understand basic drawing reading and creating.
Trained to use basic measuring equipment.
General familiarity with regulatory and environmental requirements, particularly those with respect to the development and substantiation of major repairs.
Highly motivated, self-directed and a CAN DO ATTITUDE.
Familiar with FEA and CAD software systems.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic business acumen.
Ability to conceive, plan, and execute repair development processes.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timelines.
Can do OVERTIME in working day or weekend.
