- Primary client point of contact to manage incoming campaign/project briefs by working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the development, conceptualization, presentation, and implementation of integrated creative & digital marketing strategies and solutions for client
- Accountable to building and maintaining a good client-agency relationship through constant engagement and timely response to all client’s queries
- Manage client briefs end to end from planning to execution and delivery of project
- Proactively manage client expectations, prioritize and negotiate timelines and deliverables where necessary to meet key business objectives
- Keep the creative team updated on client requests/changes and proactively seek solutions to address anticipated potential issues
- Review and ensure all requests/changes are addressed for each job brief’s deliverable prior to submission for client review
- Develop, update, and maintain all necessary documents/records including job brief, scope of work, contract, cost estimate, timeline, work-in-progress report, contact report, budget tracker, and any other relevant supporting materials
- Identify and promote incremental revenue opportunities through out-of-scope services and value-added initiatives that drive client’s business goals
- Seek and engage specialist partners as required to drive commercially viable services and solutions to client
- Maintain weekly work-in-progress meetings and quarterly business reviews with clients to seek alignment on areas for improvement
- Expert in Communication Skills, Client Servicing & Project Management
- Understand Product Marketing, Branding, and Creative.
- Ability to drive scale and manage cross-functional/team projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-discipline-required environment
- Excellent proficiency in English language.
