> Display Ads <- Design and Produce Visual Content: Create captivating designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Video Editing: Craft and edit engaging video content tailored for promotional purposes, including advertisements, training videos, and informative clips.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design and video content aligns with AirAsia Academy’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional appearance across all materials.
- Collaborate with Instructor Team: Collaborate closely with the Instructor Team to understand design and video requirements, translating them into impactful visual solutions.
- Create Illustrations, Infographics, and Animations: Develop unique illustrations, infographics, and animations to enhance visual storytelling across static and video content.
- Photo and Video Editing: Enhance and refine photos and videos to meet design and video standards, delivering high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms.
- Stay Updated with Design and Video Trends: Stay abreast of the latest design and video trends, tools, and techniques, consistently elevating the quality and innovation of design and video work.
- Adapt Content for Various Platforms: Customize designs and videos to suit diverse platforms and formats, optimizing them for web, social media, and other digital channels.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple design and video projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Impressive portfolio showcasing a range of design work and video editing projects.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Motion graphics and animation experience are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for collaborating within a creative team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to adhering to brand guidelines.
- Prior experience in the aviation or education sector is advantageous.
