RESPONSIBILITIES
- To track, report and monitor the spend cube.
- To report and analyse the spend by key vendors – in alignment with existing LTAs or contractual terms, conditions and agreed KPI (or specified thresholds)
- Support the procurement team to establish a greater transparency and better manage the supplier contracts
- Enable continuous improvement within regional procurement domains in collaboration with line leaders
- Establish procurement spend transparency monitoring
- Monitor adhering to the procurement governance
- Enable vendor management by reporting, monitoring and analyzing key vendor contract performance
- Enable Key vendor QBR (Quarterly Business Review)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS)
- Degree Level (BA, BSc, MSc, MBA)
- 10 years of relevant international Business Analyst role with procurement and/or supply chain domain
- Min. of 5 years of procurement and supplier performance management
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing and procurement practices & tools
- Preferably aviation industry asset, supplier and OEM experience
- Strong negotiator with expertise in contract drafting
- High professional leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Resilience and creativity when faced with road blocks
- Customer service focus
- Solid project management skills, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects on-times and on-budget
- Open to travel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
