Qualification

• 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineer / Aircraft Maintenance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any degree with Aircraft Maintenance experiences
• 1-5 years in Aircraft maintenance or work in the similar environment

Skill

• Good command of English
• Intermediate of standard computer skill
• Dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills for all levels of the organization and related parties
• Confident in Aviation rules and regulations

Job Description

• Work with training manager and instructors to monitor the class schedule
• Assist instructors with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment
• Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean
• Comply with Aviation Authorities rules and regulations
• Collaborate with training manager and/or lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions
• Work at training facilities 80% / officer 20%
