Job Highlights
– Receive incoming requests for charter quotes
– Develop new relationships with charter
– Negotiate trip pricing and rates with the clients

Qualification

University Degree (Bachelor) in relevant field and Master Degree in a related field shall be an advantage
Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) is an advantage
Ability to work independently with high comfort level working in a diverse environment
A complete understanding of flight / airline operations
High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments in the company
Excellent people and negotiation skills.
Outward going and able to present & speak in public
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Able to travel domestically and abroad
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Aviation background would be advantage

Job Description

Receive incoming requests for charter quotes and trips, engage with prospects clients for the accurate delivery of all requests in a timely manner, follow-up on all charter quotations, and document current quote status in the company database
Initiate and develop new relationships with charter prospects and enhance existing relationships with current charter clients to generate sales leads, sales opportunities, referrals, influencer relationships, and further network contacts that will result in charter sales revenue generation
Maintain accurate client preferences in the company database to ensure a customized and consistent charter service delivery product and enhanced client experience
Negotiate trip pricing and rates with the clients
Report, manage payment/revenue and other report request by manager
