Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout the flight.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Handle in-flight emergencies with confidence and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and support to junior cabin crew members (if applicable).
• Represent the airline with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cabin crew member or flight attendant is essential.
• Leadership experience as a Flight Manager or Chief Purser is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
