บริษัท ทีที เอวิเอชั่น จำกัด TT Aviation เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Ticketing & Reservation วุฒิป.ตรี สาขาการท่องเที่ยวหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง ถ้าสามารถใช้งานระบบ Amadeus, Skyspeed ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Responsibilities

• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
• Preparation of documents such as group quotations, vouchers, itineraries, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Industry or related fields
• Male/Female, Thai Nationality
• Age 22-40 years
• Basic computer proficiency
• Fast Learner, Service-Minded, Team Work
• Be detail-orientated and enjoy assisting others
• Previous customer service experience is a must
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle workload
• Good command of written and spoken English and/or Chinese
• Experience of working with Amadeus or Skyspeed system will be advantaged
