Job Description
- Lead and actively source, identify and evaluate new potential KrisFlyer/Kris+ partners
- Lead and negotiate contracts and propose commercial terms for engagement
- Lead and prepare a proposal for management approval for strategic partnerships (e.g. cobrand, 2-way conversion) where required
- Oversee and drive technical setup for partner onboarding
- Oversee and launch and marketing of the new partnerships.
- Lead and conduct performance reviews, plan for initiatives and strategies with each partner
- Lead and conduct Contract renewal – Renegotiations or extensions
- Lead, maintain and enhance relationships with partners
- Oversee and handle admin/servicing issues faced by partners and members
- Identify potential areas, activities, and tacticals through partners that can support membership growth and engagement
- Explore tactical promotions with partners
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluent in oral and written English
- University degree in any field
- Relevant experience in loyalty programme/partnerships and/or airline industry is beneficial
- Relevant contacts of partners in MARKET to value add to KrisFlyer / K+ partner ecosystem is desirable
- Leadership qualities – able to lead, motivate, and coach a team to improve overall performance
- Commercially minded, organised and able to balance multiple partner relationships
- Strong negotiation ability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and possess drive to achieve optimum results
- Team player and collaborator
