Reports directly to the Director of Maintenance.
1. Co-ordinate with all concerned departments both internal and external
2. Control inventory and order stationary as requires
3. Maintain office facilities.
4. Monitor and issue department letters, documents.
5. Issue purchase requisition form for department required.
6. Document control by Making document and Filing skill within time
7. Performs any other duties assign within his/her capabilities as may be requested by the Director of Maintenance.
