Job Description
- Organize benefits and welfare communication and ongoing employee enrollment, and update change of life, accident, and helth insurance, provident fund, etc.
- Prepare for benefit and welfare update to staff and keep updates to obtain knowledge from govenment authorization
- Deal with benefit and welfare vendor/provider, negotiate to meet favorable expected result, and follow up along the process
- Arrange and submit social security with accuracy data and meet the dealine to ensure enrollment and entitlement. Coordinate with social security for staff issues related to social security
- Act as a focal point to collect and contact for related accident at work cases to workmen compensation fund
- Prepare documents and coordinate to process visas and work permits for foreign executives, according to the law and does not affect the company
- Take care other ad-hoc program and report as assigned

Qualifications

Male/Female
25 years old up
Bachelor’s degree
Some experience in HR management is preferable
Proficiency in MS office and internet
Communicate in English is preferred
