- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in the Air Freight business.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office.
- Immediate or quick to start working is preferred.
- Make bookings with airlines at reasonable cost based on trade lane strategy and airline strategy.
- Make advance bookings with airlines. Always do consolidation to combine several booking requests.
- Input booking data in Daily planning and create Mawb in the internal system correctly.
- Follow up shipment until arriving destination and inform all concerned of any irregularity i.e. damage/ split/ missing cargo/misroute.
- Negotiate with airlines for ad-hoc/lower rates.
- Issue Adhoc Adjustment Report on a daily basis and send it to all concerns.
- Coordinate with related section/dept. for smooth operation and solving a problem
- Request stock Awb from airlines.
