Bonding Supervisor (manage around 10 people)
Salary range: 45,000-55,000 THB
Report to: Head of Department (Thai)

Conduct daily morning meetings (8.00 AM – 8.10 AM) with team members to update and follow up production schedule to ensure SRO WIPs are finished within the requested target dates
Prioritize workload for the team to meet target deadlines
Manage/monitor team performance measures (Labor Hours and Target Date) against standard time and standard working days, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to a manager
Coordinate with other teams when support is needed (Such as material, routings, repair packages, machine/equipment repair, maintenance, etc.)
Lead team members to identify, manage, and execute the process improvement opportunities
Lead team to attain production, quality, and delivery goals
Solve daily production issues and report to the manager when support is needed.
Identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues
Ensure production resources, including materials, equipment, and human resources, are available to maintain production schedules.
Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Use Lean Production methods to continuously improve safety, efficiency, quality, output, turnaround time, and on-time delivery
Provide team coaching, training, and development of staff within the assigned team
Ensure compliance with safety regulations by maintaining/enforcing the facility safety rules/guidelines

Vocational Diploma with a minimum of 7 years experience in MRO business
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on skills – Composite and Metallic bonding
Ability to coordinate and work well closely with Operations Team Leaders & design engineers, and/ or other departments and individuals within the organization
