Perform receiving inspection of aircraft structure component.
Attend work scope meetings to obtain work scope required IAW customer repair orders and/or requirements.
Understand Customer agreement/ Contract/ Proposal and can apply through Service Repair Order.
Communicate with Mechanical Technicians and Clean Technician for works required.
Inspect aircraft parts / components IAW CMM, IPL/IPC, Service Bulletin, Service Letter, Airworthiness Directive and SRM.
Justify serviceable parts against CMM and/or Aviation Industry Standard.
Make repair/replace decisions associated with cost reduction and quality.
Prepare work packages and routings for assigned SROs
Create DR worksheet (Discrepancy Report) to associate with Customer’s requirement and discrepancies.
Create BOM (Bill of Materials) and demand in MRP system (Syteline).
Coordinate with Engineering for work/repair instruction.
Coordinate with APL, MAC, and Supply Chain for repair processes.
Develop maintenance record documents (Routings) in according with approved technical documents and per Triumph routing development procedure to include safety cautions and warnings.
Periodic review of approved technical documents and updating of routings as required to ensure conformity with latest revision (S).
Separate serviceable, repairable, scrapped parts and write identification tags.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Major in Aerospace, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related with minimum 3 years experience in aviation environment.
Able to read, interpret and understand drawings, OHM, CMM Manual, IPCs and/or Specification.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft office
Willing to learn and self-motivated.
Ability to stand for prolonged period of time.
Ability to work weekends.
