Responsibilities

  • Monitors and processes all customer requests and orders to ensure compliance with customer requirements by coordinating with production/design engineers and team leaders.
  • Acts as focal point for all incoming and outgoing written and verbal communication with assigned customers
  • Communicates (PO, Customer work scope, related proposal, and contract) with the Program manager, team leaders, buyer/planner, and production engineer for incoming works.
  • Proactively communicates with the customer to acknowledge receipt of all requests and provides status reports to the customer on a regular basis.
  • Input and ensure information in Syteline service order is correct prior to releasing SRO.
  • Inputs SRO on hold period in Syteline for requesting PO, workscope clarification, pending quote approval, customer-furnished parts, and pending shipment.
  • Prepares quotation and obtain approval from program manager/Sales Account manager prior to submitting to customer.
  • Acts as focal point for arrangement of customer table inspection, quote clarification, and customer-furnished parts.
  • Periodically follows up customers for quote approvals.
  • Obtains shipment approval from financial controller prior to releasing the shipment.
  • Coordinates with team leader for estimated completion date and logistic for pick-up arrangement.
  • Closes SRO orders in Syteline and coordinates with Finance for invoices.
  • Coordinates the resolution of all customer issues related to pricing, schedule, cost, quality, warranty, invoicing and technical matters
  • Prepare presentation for contract/program performance review as requested by customers
  • Conducts contract review meeting for new customer and new contract
  • Annually review and update representative contract
  • Performs final review of all correspondence that is sent to the customer according to customer and company standards
  • Update annual contractual price escalation and communicate to customer
  • Occasional travel required to customer sites       

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 1 year of successful related experience in contract administration or customer support in Aircraft business
  • Experience in reading and understanding MRO manuals is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and additional languages would be advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • TOEIC score 800 up is required
  • 3-5 years of successful related experience in contract administration or customer support, or two years of successful directly related experience in contract administration, repair administrations or customer support in an aftermarket or aerospace-related environment
  • Able to read, interpret and understand drawings, OHM, CMM Manual, IPCs and/or Specification
  • Be able to make decisions quickly and sometimes under pressure
