Responsibilities
- Effective and efficient execution of the operation of assigned shipments
- Timely obtain /transmit accurate shipping documents from/to customer and all concerned parties to complete an assigned task
- Provide the shipping document to Preparing Entry staff to prepare the import entry and recheck for correctly/completely before pass to shipping staff
- Follow up on the shipments and advise the status customer
- Coordinate all necessary import documents
- Manage customs clearance according to Thai Custom Regulations
- Ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with Thai laws and company regulation
- Timely preparation of accurate and complete invoices included supporting document
- Do the report both of Company & Customer by completed detail or as per customer requirement
- Coordinate with all concerned parties if there is a problem with the shipments
- Ensure that customer’s complaint is dealt with promptly and effectively
- Fully understand the air import process flow and be proactively involved in looking for best practices to improve the operational process to be more effective, efficient, and productive.
- Ensure all customer’s standard operating procedures are followed and updated in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures/customs requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Air Cargo Management, Business, International Business, or related fields.
- Year of experience: 1-3 years experience in Air Freight (New graduates are welcome)
- Stronginterpersonal&Communicationskill
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPointandinternet
- Good command of English
- Accept shift working hour
