PTTEP Services Limited (ปตท. สผ.) เปิดรับสมัครพนักงานสัญญาจ้าง ตำแหน่ง Senior Engineer, Technical Safety Support สัญญา 3 ปี (Renewable) รายละเอียดดังนี้
Responsibilities
- Support in developing corporate management system standards, guidelines and procedures as well as technical specifications related to technical safety.
- Implement corporate technical safety and process safety work plans, activities.
- Act as a Technical Authority for technical safety related to assess, review and grant deviation against relevant corporate SSHE standards and specifications.
- Act as a technical safety engineer to provide process and technical safety support to development projects, asset operations and high risk activities (e.g. drilling, logistics). Typical work scope includes:
– Participate and/or facilitate risk assessments e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, SIL / LOPA;
– Generate and review technical safety deliverables e.g. consequence analysis, project technical specifications, safety philosophy, Safety Case;
– Implement and coordinate Major Accident Event (MAE) prevention among concerned parties e.g. engineering, operation, maintenance and wells. - Participate in compliance check and audit programs on technical safety and process safety related matters.
- Support creation and implementation of program/ campaign which promote safety awareness and prevent major accident in PTTEP asset operations, projects and high risk activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer or related fields
- Degree in Loss Prevention, Technical Safety or related fields preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of Technical safety engineer or related engineering disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in petrochemical, oil and gas industry
- Good understanding of oil and gas exploration and production process
- Have a comprehensive knowledge in loss prevention process, safety study and safety analysis tools and techniques
- Good knowledge of industry codes, standards and legislation on SSHE aspect
- Strong leadership skills and good communication skills
- Able to communicate complex technical terms to a wide range of audience from senior management to frontline personnel
- Good command of spoken and written English
