This managerial position will be part of the Cabin Crew Department. This position will lead, manage, and maintain in-flight service and other relevant standards, manage daily cabin operations, and ensure operational efficiency and optimal service standards.


  • Establish in-flight service standards and procedures for cabin crew.
  • Ensure consistent operational efficiency and optimal service standards in cabin operations.
  • Ensure all Cabin Crew are trained and are equipped with the necessary service skills and knowledge to ensure standard operating procedures are applied correctly and confidently.
  • Regularly review and ensure the contents of the Cabin Crew Service Manual (CCSM) are revised in accordance with the latest company products, policies and standards.
  • Regularly review and ensure the contents of the Cabin Crew Handbook (CCH) are revised in accordance with applicable regulations, relevant international standards (as applicable), and company standards.
  • Ensure continuous improvement to in-flight service, identify opportunities for service innovation and improvement.
  • Address service-related issues, establish corrective and preventive actions efficiently and timely when actual or potential service deficiencies are discovered
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of service-related information and company products.
  • Planning and management of day-to-day cabin operations relevant to in-flight service, equipment, and catering.
  • Monitor the quality of company products and services through passenger feedback/complaints, and promptly feedback to the relevant departments to consider adjustments.
  • Support with the investigation of relevant passenger complaints and compliments.
  • May conduct periodic evaluations of the cabin environment to ensure all service, safety and emergency equipment, cabin service items and additional equipment meets the regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Coordinate with other departments, when required, to ensure efficiency and high service standards in cabin operations.
  • Representing CCD in its relations with other departments within the company and with external entities.
  • Conducting any other tasks/duties as required by the Chief Cabin Crew.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent academic background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in In-Flight Service or related aviation sector experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role.
  • Possess project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience as a cabin crew service instructor would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of relevant aviation laws, regulations, and operating rules such as ICAO, CAAT would be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in achieving objectives through managing large work groups would be an advantage.
