- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Planning and making reservation of crew accomodation for Flight Operation Department
- Verifying crew hotel invoices, proposing claim payment and managing crew accomodation budget
- Monitoring and solving crew accomodation issues by coordinating with Operations Management Center (OMC), hotels and transportation partners
- Purposing crew hotel selection approval, completing signed contract and contract renewal
- Support Internal Proposal Approval, Claim Form and Duty Travel Request for Flight Operations Department staff
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor’s degree related to the position
- TOEIC minimum 600 is preferable
- Having work background in aviation or hotel industry
- More than 2 years relevant work experience in this filed would be an advantage
- Good command of English ( both written and spoken)
- Have essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards e.g. leadership skill, interpersonal skill
- Understanding of airline legal agreements, hotel agreement would be preferable
