Job Description and Responsibilities

Manage the daily allocation of work to Production in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager. Ensuring all tools, materials and resources are available to deliver the planned work.
Checking Completed Worksheets for completeness and following procedures to support the close out and arrange for the issue of Certificates of Release to Service (CRS)
Creating And Controlling Work Packages.
Manage the Maintenance Slots to ensure optimization of the required aircraft maintenance and defect rectification objectives.
Developing a production planning system appropriate to the amount and complexity of the maintenance scope of work
Providing a common work card or work order system to be used throughout relevant parts of the maintenance organization and ensuring such documents comply with TCAR Part 145, 145.A.45(e).
Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) Structure Repair Manual (SRM).
Ensure Operations stability and maintenance cost efficiency
Other duties as assigned to the Manager.

Qualification

Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical or Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical
Engineering
Minimum 1-3 years in aviation maintenance or in planning and technical records in
advantage
Good Command of English Communication Skills (TOEIC : 400)
Computer Skill e.g. MS Office, Internet
Aircraft Technical Skills, Team working, Time Management and willingness to lean skills
