- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- New grads are welcome. Having 1 or more years of experience in accounting or finance is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in English (Russian is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skill
- Able to work under pressure and high level of self-motivation and adaptability
- Performing accounting task
- Responsible for general administrative duties and banking
- Performing WHT certificate and invoices
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and documentation
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Prepare invoices and receipts for a monthly report
- Performing other duties and supporting as required or assigned
