- Supervise and monitor overall catering operations for the station
- Decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regard to catering operations/discrepancies.
- Investigate any mishandling or ramp discrepancies and forward the findings to all party concerns
- Monitor and ensure the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling catering
- Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure following KPI
- Makes recommendations to improve service levels
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree related to the position
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the aviation industry especially in the catering area
- Proven knowledge of Ground Operations and or Customer Services
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be able to work as a shift
- Be able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
