Strong knowledge of maintenance planning techniques and systematic thinking would be an advantage. Candidate should be well aware of engineering fundamentals to provide the technical consulting on engineering problems encountered. Characteristics of detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to handle stressful situations effectively and accurately are required.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

To plan, organize, and monitor all of the maintenance activities (ie. breakdown, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance) for aircraft according to the schedule
To liaise with the engineering and logistics department to ensure that spare parts and tools are provided by the requirements and timely
To be responsible for all of the maintenance management system and the upkeep of MIP processing
Ensure all materials are correctly handled and recorded in compliance with the company’s standard procedures
Efficiently and effectively manage warehouse to guarantee punctual inventory
Proactively provide advice on stock levels and identify potential problems that may interrupt the business
Interact with purchasing and engineering teams regularly
Continuously improve store and inventory-related processes to maximize benefits for the company
Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistic management or related fields
Experience in aircraft maintenance, spare parts, or aviation industry, or related field is preferable
Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 400)
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Work rotation: 5 days per week
Ability to work independently
