- Managing all ground operations activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely ground handling of aircraft, passengers, and equipment.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Plan and coordinate ground handling activities.
- Ensure that ground operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicate effectively with internal including flight crews, airport authorities to coordinate ground operations activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years’ experience in ground operations management
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for scheduling, planning, and reporting.
- Good English communication
