Responsibilities
- Build up and maintain relationships with customers in the local market.
- Handle daily cargo sales and reservations.
- Be responsible for export/import airline operations.
- Coordinate with relevant internal/external parties. (e.g. Head office, Port Authorities, CAA, etc.)
- ULD and accessories stock control and management.
- Multifunction and perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and coordination skills.
- Quick reaction, problem solver, and a team player.
- Can work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off.
- Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when required.
- Possess the legal right to work in Thailand.
Preferred
- Familiar with the local market and air cargo sales.
- Cargo export/import operation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Cargo sales would be an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent.
Work Experience
- Minimum two years’ experience in air cargo industry.
Language Requirements
- Capable of speaking the local official language.
- Proficient in English (Minimum TOEIC score 650).
- Good command of Mandarin is an advantage.
