Job Highlights – Reconciling accounts with the general ledger – Support Auditor in conducting internal and externa – Prepare journal entries for accruals This job opportunity is to work closely with the team & support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and also maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals effectively and smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals
- Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
- Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
- Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
- Collaborating with internal departments to gather relevant financial information.
- Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- With at least 3 years of experience in accounting, an audit background is an advantage
- Experience and knowledge in Oracle finance is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
- Strong computer literature in MS office
- Well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Team player with the ability to work independently
