สายการบิน Thai AirAsia เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Culture Engagement Executive มีหน้าที่ในการช่วยเหลือในการจัดกิจกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมภายในผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม AirAsia Workplace และส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมผ่านการสร้างแบรนด์ภายในในระดับภูมิภาค
- Provide daily news up-to-date of AA group for Workplace
- Improve the quality of internal engagement events e.g. e-sports club, board game club, sports club
- Create the communications by conducting interviews with staff from various departments and stations, passengers, researching topics, writing and editing articles, designing copy layout, shooting photos or video and producing posters. To sniff out stories that are newsworthy and deliver them in a simple yet creative way (as well as effective) that creates a constant buzz and interest amongst employees
- Promote the culture through internal branding regionally
- Create diverse engagement programs tailored to employee preferences.
- Communicate internally with Allstars in-order to create impact to our initiatives effectively and alight with Group internal group communication
- Arrange for meetings, appointments, traveling, taking minutes of meetings attending to internal and external correspondence as well as follow through on specific actions that need to be taken
- Provide full administrative support on culture related administration matters and any other duties that may be assigned by the superior
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with related experience in working as a Culture Specialist, Culture Engagement, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience in designing artwork/videos for Workplace content, including any initiatives to support and to enhance company’s culture
- Experience in supporting the events as an emcee of the event will be advantageous
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Well verse with Google Suite, Google Meet / Zoom and able to emcee/host events (when required)
- Strong personal characteristics such as honesty, integrity and to trustworthiness and display an ability to follow instructions
