- Support in identifying learning needs for organizational growth and change by collaborating with People partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing trends and identifying areas for potential organizational development or improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of the performance management philosophy, framework, and process, ensuring timely completion of OKR setting and appraisal exercises.
- Contribute to fostering a performance-oriented culture by monitoring ongoing performance/productivity data and assisting in continuous performance discussions, development plans for key talent, and corrective plans for low performers.
- Assist in organizing Performance Management System (PMS) activities and ensure accurate data entry via the online performance management system on Workday.
- Support in conducting necessary training, workshops, or learning activities to ensure a clear understanding of all PMS processes among leadership teams and employees.
- Collaborate with senior leadership teams to identify talents, successors, and critical roles, and contribute to development plans.
- Assist in utilizing performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs at the department, team, and individual levels.
- Support in the implementation of a Talent Management framework, including talent pool identification, career path management through Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and contributing to reward schemes for critical talents.
- Collaborate with the Leadership solution team to support the design of training and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide support in consultation, recommendations, and coaching to leadership teams and employees in the area of learning and development.
- Participate in and contribute to leadership development initiatives such as 360-degree feedback surveys, mentorship schemes, and performance coaching for leaders.
- Contribute to fostering a ‘culture of learning’ through initiatives related to ‘Lifelong Learning Approaches and Activities’ at AirAsia.
