- Be responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for SNAP.
- Develop marketing calendar and channel/distribution strategy by having end-to-end accountability commercial delivery into the market and work closely with regional/local integrated marketing team, social media, digital marketing, and creative team to ensure SNAP strategy is aligned with overall AirAsia.com strategy.
- Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
- Work closely internally with the Business Development team to establish each channel strategy (external party).
- Use creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand.
- Enhance the consumer purchase experience by developing and monitoring funnel strategy and conversion.
- Constantly engage with the Product team to enhance the user experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree’s in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
- Experiences in Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategy, and Product Marketing for 2-3 years
- Understanding marketing trends and having a passion for the airline business.
- Having numerical skills for collecting data, reporting, or any relevant.
- Excellent English and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, working as a team and under pressure with limited time
