As a passengers point of contact Ticketing Agents represent airlines service fade and serve passengers in all-and-all travel needs related to ticket sales, reservation and flight booking assistance. The responsibilities of this position demand a detail-oriented and organized individual with the ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to work shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualification
- Male or Female
- Thai Nationality
- University degree
- Up to 28 years of age
- Strong communication skill in English (TOEIC 650)
- Good command of the third language is advantageous.
- Relevant experience in ticket sales
- Able to work shift
- Good perception and adaptability
- Intercultural competence
- Good PC user know-how
- Eye on detail related to cost awareness
