- Answer client inquires pertaining to Airline and Hotel services as well as travel direction.
- Suggests travel itineraries for customers. Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request of the customer.
- Prepares report like volume of ticket sales cash received.
- Manage systems that are set up within the reservations department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone calls.
- Handle all reservation and ticketing concerned issues such as book and reconfirmed the reservation to passengers, issue and reissue tickets.
- Other job assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year experience in selling and booking air tickets, and can use the Amadeus program.
- Have experience in tour sales/tour packages, hotel reservations, and services will be an advantage.
