Qualifications

• Female, Age 22-28 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in airlines or airport handling is a plus and also welcome Fresh Graduate
• Good English Communication skills. Additional language would be an advantage.
• TOEIC score results of 500 or above
• Good computer knowledge, MS Office
• Able to work on a shift pattern
• Hard-working, service-minded, positive attitude and good personality
• Able to work under pressure and time-limited

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services to passengers regarding ticketing and reservation.
• Provide flight information for passengers.
• Change passenger itinerary, and traveling information in reservations.
• Collect fees and the difference in ticket fares.
• Provide tax invoices to passengers.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and standards of Thai Lion Air
