DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor flight crew and cabin crew member movements during Day-to-Day Operation
- Act in response to crew disruptions resulting from amongst other events, sickness, no shows, and other crew- or aircraft-related disruptions
- Monitor changes within the system for disruptions that will impact pairings and pairing allocations to the flight crew and cabin crew member
- The changes required may be necessary for regulatory or compliance reasons, ensuring full operational coverage of work and/or improving the quality of work for flight crew and cabin crew member
- Prepare monthly reports such as Pilot & Cabin Crew Sick Leave Report, Cabin Crew Check-In Report, Cabin Crew Irregularity Report and etc.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Crew Scheduling Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Aviation field would be an advantage)
- Aviation Regulation about Flight Time Limitation (will be an advantage)
- Minimum TOEIC Score of 500 (valid within 2 years)
- Work independence or less supervision
- Good command of English
- Must be able to work a shift schedule
- Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excels)
- Good communication
