1. Arrange Duty Travel Request of OMC staff.
2. Write a letter assigned by OMC Manager and keep recorded of the letter in and out
3. Provide payment proposal and claim form of all OMC expenditure and record
4. Take accurate minutes of OMC monthly meetings.
5. Ensure stationery and equipment is enough and comply with OMC staff needs
6. Coordinate with the concerned internal and external departments for all matters e.g. follow up payment process with Finance, Request stationary with CEO’s Office, etc.
7. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
8. Ad-hoc assignments by OMC Manager.
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity
3. Computer literacy especially excel, word and PowerPoint program
4. High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments
5. Proficient in oral and written English, Thai
