- Monitoring for Pilot and cabin crew planning and administrative activities in Flight Operation Department and propose Weekly, Monthly, Quaterty and Yearly Report for management perusal
- Control and monitor valid date Pilot and cabin crew License,Medical,Passport,ID card and other documents
- Management of all stationary, equipment of Flight Operation Department. Plan to purchase, stock and distribute uniform
- Support Internal Proposal and Duty Travel Request
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor‘s degree in a relevant field
- 1 year Cabin Crew experience.
- Have background in aviation industry is plus
- Good command of English ( both written and spoken)
- Have essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards e.g. leadership skill, interpersonal skill
- Understanding of airline legal agreements, trainnig agreement especially CAAT would be preferable
- Experience of delivering results through large work groups would be an advantage
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
