- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Ensure all crews are legal roster and ensure adherence of CAAT’s regulations, company policies and procedures
- Check all crew’s license, special endorsement or qualification, validity, training, and visa requirement in accordance with regulations before assigning flight
- Create and update the crew list in order to calculate crew availability effectively
- Ensure crews are planned for their critical training required are maintained and up-to-date to complied with applicable regulations
- Plan and analyses the roster a balanced planning and equality
- Coordinate with training department to ensure training required are maintained and up-to-date to complied with applicable regulations
- Inform crew planning personnel of any change in flight crew qualification and update the departments records accordingly
- Ensure that schedules for recency training are timely scheduled and executed
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor‘s degree in Aviation fields or related to the position.
