Responsibilities

  • Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
  • Coaching, mentoring and setting up action plans to support key team member
  • Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to influence others by conducting team meetings, completing appraisals and evaluating performance.
  • Monitor team attendance, and implement document.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams / Vender
  • Keeping updates timely and accurate basic knowledge to ensure the basic knowledge is well acknowledged
  • Conduct reports as required
  • Shares customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements
  • Act as a role model to ensure the proper and effective implementation and existing company policy & procedure.
  • Train & Inspire team members to achieve service excellence.
  • Conduct workforce planning and coordinate with relevant teams to meet requirements
  • Handle investigations related issues
  • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Manager
  • Propose effective solutions to procedure changes
  • Understand development need of your team members and able to identify performance gaps, in order to provide coaching support
  • Participate in recruitment activities (screening, interviewing)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • 1-2 years hands-on work in Airline Business or Accommodation business
  • or 5 years experience in a Customer Service field is an advantage
  • 650 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
  • Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
  • Good command of written and spoken in both Thai/English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
  • Able to thrive under pressure, and have experience handing the most critical of customer escalations with calm and respect.
  • Excellent listening skills, critical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical/presentation skills.
