Overall Expectation
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning techniques and systematic thinking would be an advantage. Candidate should be well aware of engineering fundamentals in order to provide the technical consulting on engineering problems encountered. Characteristics of detail-oriented, self-directed, be able to handle stressful situations effectively and accurately is required.
Job Description & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)
- To plan, organize, and monitor all of the maintenance activities (ie. breakdown, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance) for aircraft according to the schedule
- To liaise with the engineering and logistics department in order to ensure that spare parts and tools are provided in accordance with the requirements and timely
- To be responsible for all of the maintenance management system and the upkeep of MIP processing
- Ensure all materials are correctly handled and recorded in compliance with the company’s standard procedures
- Efficiently and effectively manage warehouse to guarantee a punctual inventory
- Proactively provide advice on stock levels and identify potential problems that may interrupt the business
- Interact with purchasing and engineering teams on a regular basis
- Continuously improve store and inventory-related processes to maximize benefits for the company
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistic management or related fields
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, spare parts, or aviation industry, or related field is preferable
- Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 400)
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Work rotation: 5 days per week
