Job Descriptions
- Provide accurate and analytical performance/incident reports to enhance performance quality.
- Communicate with the service provider to get information on flight and shipment details
- Work with airlines to implement outbound and inbound service enhancements.
- Create airlines documents e.g. MAWB, MAFS, inbound/outbound Cargo Transfer
- Manage abandoned shipment to TMO
- Obtain customer exception requests. Obtain airline MAWB information.
- Handling of non-conforming shipments e.g. DG, damage, found shipment, missed code, and RTO
- Updating of shipment/flight status files; Cutting of flight MAWB;
- Maintaining pre-printed HUID labels with profile;
- Conduct/Coordinate warehouse searches generated by network trace requests;
- Provide CIA imaging on specific requests;
- Printing of airline manifest for cargo lodgement;
- Provide shipment manifest and movement alerts
- Support in general ops paperwork and administration requirements.
- Manage shipment in HIC
- Verify physical shipments against the shipment manifest
- Search for original paper works attached in shipments when the network requires
- Manage and control network supplies
- Alert and provide feedback to Operations when discrepancies found
- Generate internal reports e.g. daily parent HUID, movement closing time
- Update damaged/lost-content shipment in SID
- Provide airline documents for cargo transfer
- Manage abandoned shipment to TMO
- Timely and accurate response to requirements from Network conveyed through GEMA
- Provide instructions to Ops should there be a request from origin or destination station on exception handling, such as RTO, Service Change
- Support Operations as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Year experience, preferably within the airline, transportation, or logistics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields – logistics, cargo management
- Good communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Able to work in shift
- Good convincing skills
- Detail and result oriented
- Willing to work under pressure and changes
- Good analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision making
- Good planning and organizing skills and Multi-tasking
- Good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic
