Job Highlights – Uphold and keep airfreight import D/O process – Ensure airfreight KPIs and performance met target – Correct information of airfreight import operation
Responsibilities
- To recommend and provide the correct information on the airfreight import operations process to the airfreight import team and customer
- Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by the Product.
- To uphold and keep the airfreight import D/O process smoothly flowing.
- To ensure airfreight KPIs and performance are continuously performed and implemented.
- To fulfill and achieve customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business, and a strong background in Airfreight Import.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills; MS Office.
- Can-Do attitude.
