Finance Support Officer, this position is responsible to assist Head of Finance enhancing and improving finance reporting to anticipate the business growth, requirements and needs in aspect from finance spectrum to stakeholders and management. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting, gathering information from the respective business budget owners and managers for inputs
- Preparing dashboard and expenses analysis (monthly or quarterly) for budget owners to have a view of the actual date vs budget
- Utilize appropriate systems and processes to review, maintain and coordinate accounting and financial information in terms of efficient and effective analysis for the Head of Finance & Management
- Input accurate financial data and contribute to robust and consistent reporting in order to comply with local accounting standards and Group reporting
- To follow up with POs on hosting activities with the relevant Business Controllers and ensure invoicing is issued on a timely basis
- To follow up with Business Controllers on overdue invoices for hosting activities
- Participate in the development of management reporting systems to improve existing procedures and the communication of financial information
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to enhancing existing reports format into Google sheet
- Provide analytical support to cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects and cashflows forecast
- Systematic variance analysis with quality commentary/business insight to support business objectives
- Analyze revenue, and profitability by business lines with quality commentary
- To assist in the financial review of Airbus Vietnam’s performance result on a monthly and yearly basis
- Any ad-hoc tasks and/or projects assigned by the Head of Finance
Requirement
- Fresh university graduate in any faculty or with 1 year of working experience
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness & Keen to learn attitude
- Creative and innovative attitude
- Well-versed or knowledgeable in SAP & Google
- Excellent communication skills for the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
